Accu-Cut, Inc. is a premier EDM job shop specializing in Wire EDM, CNC hole popping, Polycrystalline and Borazon tool bits, toolroom supplies, and Tungsten Carbide semi-finishing.
Our history
Accu-Cut, Inc. first opened its doors in March 2000 in a 1,000 sq. ft. facility with the mission to become the number one Wire EDM company in the country. We aim to keep our main focus on continually exceeding our customer’s expectations in quality, delivery and customer service through continuous improvement and customer interaction. We also focused on a simple philosophy: to give our customers a quality part at a fair price and to always meet our customer’s delivery requirements.
As a result of our mission along with our philosophy, we soon exceeded our growth expectations. This allowed us to purchase a 7,500 sq. ft. facility so we would be able to better serve our customers. It is now 2016 and our continuous efforts have allowed us to grow and expand our vision of offering quality parts at fair prices while always meeting our customer’s delivery requirements. We have been recognized by some of the largest companies in the industry with the honor of their satisfaction for meeting all three of these expectations.

Accu-Cut manufactures and stocks Polycrystalline Diamond (PCD) and Borazon Tool Bits for your tooling needs. Our tool bits are designed with a pre-relief for maximum strength and durability.
Semi-finished Carbide
Accu-Cut works with a select group of the highest quality carbide manufacturers in the country. Along with our 57 years combined experience and extreme attention to detail, you can be assured you are receiving the highest quality product available.
toolroom supplies
We stock a large inventory of tool room supplies including tool bits, customizable Diamond Compound, and Die Supplies including Cotton and Cerrolow-117 low melt alloy.
